Department Responsibilities

Duties for Production Department

1. Improve productivity and Production Plan

a) Improve productivity and plan production

b) Formulate production plan and implementation (Includes creating daily production schedule)

2. Routine tasks

a) Manage production process for WIP and products

b) Tasks related to Picking and passing products

c) Create and manage employees' weekly work schedule

d) Tracking the loss of ingredients, WIP, and damaged products

e) Create and share daily production reports

3. Handle customer complaints

4. Maintain safety standards with plant and equipment

5. Operate and manage Manufacturing Control System

6. Formulation of single-year, mid to long-term project plans

a) Create goals and project plans for labor cost

b) Create goals and project plans for capital investment

7. Perform all other tasks related to the above responsibilities.

【Working Hour】9:00 – 17:30

【Qualification】

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment

· Understand and conduct Lean Management　(Streamlining processes, identify problems needing to be fixed by creating a continuous process flow. Using visual control, Problem solving and Eliminating waste)

· Proposal Skill & Execution Follow Up

· Propose a solution to your Boss and discuss with him. Take ownership of the problem, communicate solutions to superior and execute.

· Follow up on problems to ensure execution.

· In order to truly understand a situation, one needs to observe what is happening at the site where work actually takes place.

· Diversified background with strong technical, manufacturing, and managerial skills.

· Able to make decisions based on inputs provided by supervisors, subordinates, and peers consistent with company goals.

· Good communication skills (frontline employee up to executive team), dependable and detail oriented.

· Able to handle pressure situation

· Computer literate. (Basic IT understanding / word / Excel / E-mail)

· Prior food experience with USDA, FDA (SQF is desired but not required).

· 2-year degree preferred or sufficient experience.

· Open to some travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $95,000.00 per year
