JOB SUMMARY: Supervises the day-to-day activities of liquid products operations to meet GSF objectives and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Must be available to work 3rd shift schedule, 8:30PM start time**

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Supervises the assigned hourly staff and executes daily standards (daily management systems). (60%)

2. Communicates well to management and hourly associates, engages team members, and serves discipline notices when necessary. (20%)

3. Leads root cause analyses on safety, quality, machine and materials issues. (10%)

4. Performs other related and assigned duties as necessary. (10%)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education and experience equivalent to:

Education/Certification:

AA degree from an accredited vocational, technical or junior college institution.

Experience:

3-5 years of relevant work experience in a food-manufacturing environment with lead or supervisory experience
