Come join our team! We are seeking a Production Supervisor that is Bilingual to work in our Morrisville facility. Monday through Friday 11am to 8pm. Pay based on previous experience and education.

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor Bilingual to supervise Temporary employees on assignment with a local manufacturer in the Morrisville, NC area. Hours are 6am to 3pm. We need a manager to organize and oversee the manufacturing of goods. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output. We expect you to have deep know-how in production procedures. Ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance will set you apart as a leader. Decision-making and problem-solving will take up a great part of your day. If you are up to it, we’d like to talk to you. The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements. Pay for this position will be based on prior manufacturing, management experience, and education as it relates to this position. Prior experience with Staffing agency management in plus but not required. May require some heavy lifting at times.

Responsibilities

This position will based on site with our manufacturing client based In Morrisville and supervise up to 125+ Plus employees.

• Liaise with our client’s managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements for our client and be able to meet client needs
• Estimate costs and prepare budgets and reports for our corporate office
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
• Monitor production to resolve issues
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.) in a temporary workforce environment
• Must understand production schedules and be able to work a flexible schedule in problems occur and the need for management to report applies
• Must be proficient in Excel and power point
• Must be able to keep accurate reports, have payroll experience, track reports on daily time and overtime.
• will supervise office staff of 5 and temporary staff of in manufacturing facility of 125+
• Ensure output meets quality standards
• Enforce health and safety precautions
• Report to upper management with our client to ensure smooth manufacturing operations are in place
• 2yr degree preferred, prior production management experience in manufacturing is a must/ Staffing experience a plus not required

• Proven experience as production lead/manager
• Deep knowledge of production management
• Understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics, payroll experience must run payroll experience
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP software Excel and Powerpoint
• Outstanding communication ability
• Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
• Drug testing and criminal background check required
