Assembly Line Worker In Mountain Grove, MO
12 Hour Shifts- rotating schedule.
A- Shift 8am to 8pm
B-Shift 8pm to 8am
C-Shift 8am to 8pm
D-Shift 8pm to 8am

Schedule- Static two-week rotation as follows (Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday; Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday)

Position - Assembly line work for manufacturing polyethylene (HDPE) pipe used for telecom industry and for natural gas distribution. In the telecom industry, conduit protects fiber optic cables on which computers, laptops, cell phones, and tablets depend. And, for natural gas distribution, the conduit provides a safe, durable pathway for natural gas.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*Monitor operating parameters of the extrudes and downstream equipment
*Make necessary adjustments to extrude, die, water, or vacuum on a production
line to ensure the highest quality product attainable
*Ensure pipe is marked with proper print line as specified in Quality Manual
*Ensure pipe dimensions are within tolerance including wall thickness, outside diameter, length, and overall appearance. Inform Supervisor or Lead of any changes in specification of pipe
*Perform SDR and size changes including the setup and changeover of production
lines with Supervisor or Lead
*Stack and/or bundle finished products
*Responsible for on-line Quality Control
*Responsible to document all dimensions of product on Production reports in a neat, accurate and timely format
*Maintain working environment free of unnecessary equipment and materials.
*All tasks assigned to you by your immediate Supervisor
EXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
*Ability to work in team environment
*Reliable, self-motivated and quick learner. Positive attitude.
*Prefer High School Diploma or GED equivalent
MUST PASS SKILLS TEST & BACKGROUND/DRUG SCREEN
