We are now hiring qualified candidates for Production Work/Bottling to join our team in Napa, Benicia, Sonoma, and American Canyon!
The bottling/Production associates will perform general and specific tasks in the bottling work areas. This position may be temporarily assigned to work in other departments (cellar and warehouse etc.).
Job Duties:
Complete shipments by processing and loading orders.
Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in the delivery area.
Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
Provides quality service by following organization standards.
Preserves a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
Promotes clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Completes reports by entering the required information
Job Requirements:
Strong interpersonal communication skills
experience in a manufacturing/distribution environment
Ability to repeatedly lift a case of wine (40-50 lbs)
Ability to stand for long periods at the various bottling stations
Ability to walk, bend, reach, finger, and operate machinery
Ability to work in a cold and noisy environment
Accuracy and attention to detail are a must
Commitment to promoting wine knowledge and culture
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Multiple Shifts Available
Pay Rate: $15-$18 Doe
