Production Worker

FULL-TIME

$20.02/hr

  • Perform a wide range of tasks, conducting quality checks, material set-up, machine set up and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Place strips from stripper into hoppers. Remove assembled partitions from belt in specified quantities. Move bundle to strapper for strapping bundle.
  • Remove from conveyor and stack on pallet. Patch strap and keep work area clean. Regular housekeeping.
Benefits and Compensation:
  • Starting Pay: $20.02/hr with increase after 60 days
  • $1.00 Shift Differential for 2nd & 3rd shifts

Schedule

Shift start: 2:00PM or 10:00PM
Shift length: 8 - 12 hours
2nd or 3rd shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM or 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) Overtime required.

Qualifications
  • Must pass drug screen
  • Can lift 50 lbs
  • Must be at least 18+ years old
Ability to work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on your position Must be willing to work any available shift (including weekend and other various shifts) and overtime Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills Ability to push, pull, bend, squat, lift, reach and kneel for up to 12 hours a day and push or pull up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safely, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery and powered equipment.
