Job Description:

Saab, Inc. is searching for a Program Manager to lead Training As A Service (TaaS) delivery primarily in Fola, WV but also at other East Coast and CONUS locations as required.

This is an onsite position located in Fola, West Virginia. The ideal candidate will be within reasonable commuting distance. Some travel is expected to support various other training efforts.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Act as primary interface with training partners (Government, contractor and others) at site
• Coordinate delivery of training effect during rotations in accordance with training audience objectives, requirements and MEL/METL standards
• Deploy in support of TaaS activities and provide surge support to MCTIS efforts at Camp Lejeune and Quantico with occasional deployments to other MCTIS locations as required.
• Lead analysis function to develop and deliver detailed After Action Review materials to military customer and support delivery of those packages to training audience
• Serve as FOLA Range Safety Officer during TaaS training evolutions.

Skills and Experience:

• Prior military officer with experience in designing, conducting and evaluating training exercises up to and including Company Level (with associated attached special to arms organizations).
• Familiar with training standards for Light Infantry, Mechanized Infantry, Support Weapons and Sniper detachments.
• Demonstrable track record in supporting Warfighting Experimentation, LVC integration with Live Training environment.

Desired:

• Experience implementing VBS2/3 or similar virtual and constructive synthetic wrap capabilities will be a distinct advantage.
• Experience conducting or supporting exercises at Battalion level a definite advantage.
