Role Summary

As the Program Manager, Title & Registration you will partner with multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive processes and continuous improvement. To be successful in role, you need to be extremely collaborative and organized. You will work directly with the Title & Registration team to understand their future goals, current constraints, and apply those learnings to the planning and execution of the program. You will leverage a customer-centric mindset to drive projects, communicate with stakeholders, and determine future business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Update Standard Operating Procedures and playbooks associated with day to day title & registration procedures
  • Work with the team to uphold the process, SOP's, and documentation to enable and support registration
  • Partner with Product Managers to develop Digital Tools.
  • Provide requirements, input on roadmap, and support implementation management; ensuring daily operations and reporting are supported and enabled.
  • Maintain project tracking tools
  • Enable continuity state by state by partnering with managers and vendors
  • Owns business requirements documentation and track execution by partners
  • Streamline communication and workflows across title & registration teams and cross-functional partners, serving as a key point of integration with other teams for overarching and sustained projects / programs
  • Maintain accurate record and tracking of payments to external vendors enabling registration
  • Anticipate organizational needs and pursue proactive solutions

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in operations and/or program management
  • Excellent communication skills. You will be the central point for all internal communications between Title & Registration, field teams, and key partners
  • Prior experience with EV and Auto Ecommerce a plus
  • Experience analyzing reports and creating action plans based on data.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft suite, Smartsheet, Salesforce to create spreadsheets, documents, and presentations
  • Experience registering Electric Vehicles advantageous
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% based on business demands
  • Ability to stand or sit for 8-10 hours per day
  • Required to communicate using telephone and/or e-mail
  • Ability to view, reach, and interpret documents

Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $163,000-188,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

Benefits Summary: Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Rivian covers most of the premiums.
