Prosper Portland seeks two Project Coordinators who will use their knowledge and skills in project, organization, contract management, communication, and systems development to assist with small business programming within the Development and Investment and Economic Development departments.
The first position will focus on tasks that support developing and operating small business stabilization programming to support small businesses impacted by the pandemic. Key responsibilities include grant processing, small business assistance, and federal fund monitoring and compliance. The second position will focus on partner collaboration, data tracking, reporting, contract management, and compliance related to the Portland Small Business Hub, organizational capacity building grants, and other initiatives that support inclusive community economic development.
The ideal candidate will possess strong collaboration skills, a great eye for detail, facility working with software applications and administrative processes, dedicated cultural curiosity with the ability to understand and work with people across identifies and a passion for advancing racial equity and social justice.
