Concrete Placing Company, located in Boise, Idaho, seeks a Project Engineer to assist with our on-going work on the infrastructure in the Pacific Northwest. Duties of the Project Engineer include:

· Understand and implement compliance with contract, budget, and schedule for Projects

· Assist with the development of the work activities required

· Communicate with Owners, Inspectors, and other contractors

· Work with craft workers to interpret contract drawings and specifications

· Interact with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate timely arrival of crews and supplies

· Collect and report project information including quantities completed, and labor and equipment production

Education and Experience

· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent combinations of technical training and related experience

· 1 - 2 years construction estimating support, engineering, field support, or similar experience

· Proficiency with all MS Office products

· Working knowledge of construction equipment and techniques, drawing and specifications, and building materials

· Ability to assume responsibility, interface and communicate effectively with others

· Self-motivated

· Team player

· Valid driver’s license and ability to drive
