Summary

Responsible for the coordination and implementation of Packaging and Localization initiatives for SEA marketing. Comprehensive ownership for the project management of SEA packaging, which includes prepaid and postpaid retail boxes, inbox collateral, localization, production and sample approval. Owns coordination of all respective packaging efforts for SEA Mobile Products with internal teams and major carrier customers to ensure successful execution of Packaging deliverables. Involves establishing effective working relationships with all aspects of SEA, HQ and DDC (direct distribution center) Teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all appropriate levels within and outside the company.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects.
• Read and interpret marketing documents, media materials, and contracts (or related documents) based on corporate legal and marketing standards and philosophy.
• Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for internal and external personnel at all levels, especially in the sales and marketing, logistical, or financial areas of clients, prospects, and company.
• Superior level of collateral development and project management skills, including the ability to prepare written plans and schedules, identify objectives, create promotional materials, coordinate and direct project teams, manage creative developers, select and control printing and production resources, and manage budgets.
• Work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with senior levels within the organization and within external contacts.

Skills

• Excellent project management and communication/collaborative skills – will manage at least 8-10 projects at a time
• Great follow-up skills – looking for a motivated, engaged, and self-driven individual that is highly organized and can drive their own processes; create and manage project tracker for their projects. Able to meet deliverables and deadlines (this is VERY important)
• Able to interpret and analyze mobile product & development materials w/ a holistic perspective – drive the complete process to production while interacting w/ various parties (Legal, Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, Agencies, MFR, etc.)
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in product marketing and project management is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite and extensive use of Windows presentation software.
