Key Job Duties:

• Maintain the highest positive attitude in the office
• Manage, motivate, and mentor a variety of personnel involved in the installation & inspection of solar projects
• Ensure that the installation crew has the opportunity to perform the installation in a timely manner
• Monitor and oversee daily production
• Inspect job sites of each installation crew and correct as needed. Accountable to technician assessments of potential solar installation sites to determine feasibility and design requirements
• Accompany crews on jobs sites to ensure quality and improve techniques
• Communicate and coordinate with the office sales manager on a regular basis
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns involving the installation process
• Coordinate with corporate departments on a daily basis, provide accurate installation forecasts and branch performance reporting
• Perform other needed job tasks as requested by leadership
• Coordinate/Schedule/and ensure Service Calls are handled in a timely manner
• Coordinate and schedule pre-install site assessments in order to gather necessary info for design and permitting.
• Submit all pertinent information for solar install design and permitting, managing entire life cycle process from initial sale to system commissioning and customer onboarding
• Ensure the safety of the staff by holding weekly trainings/meetings

Necessary Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management preferred
• 4+ years management experience
• Experience with project management and construction experience required
• Solar industry a plus
• Must know how to handle problems quickly and efficiently
• Must be very organized and have great communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate industry-specific computer skills with continuous work within project softwares
• 2-3 years experience in a leadership role within the solar industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
