We are a well-established HVAC company located in Long Island City. We pride ourselves on our reputation for completing a project within the parameters of quality, time and budget; we are looking for Project Manager that has experience and industry knowledge to be a part of our team and part of our continued growth.
The Project Manager is responsible for providing successful turnkey projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Daily job site visits and inspections for the purposes of work progress status and resolution to field issues.
- Daily correspondence or interaction with clients to provide services as required in a timely fashion.
- Implementing project schedule of values and pencil requisitions.
- Monitoring status of project logs, such as equipment, submittal, and shop drawing logs.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC engineered design drawings, details, schedules, and specifications.
- Strong organization skills of RFI’s, change orders, project e-mails, plans, equipment release forms, transmittals, etc…
- Managing project foreman/foremen per sub-trade.
- Monitoring Labor/material/sub-contractor costs and budgets.
- Overseeing all sequencing of installations for individual mechanical trades.
- Evaluating sub-contractor change orders, creating RFI's, producing project scheduling of tasks, writing proposals, reviewing contracts, producing submittals and schedule of values.
- Coordination amongst other MEPS, architectural, structural trades

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
