Keystone Management is looking to hire an Experienced Property Maintenance Technician to join our team in Waterville ,Me.
Ideal candidate should also have experience in carpentry, property maintenance, heating, electrical and plumbing.
Valid driver's license required. Willing to be on call, including 24 hr as needed.
Must have good communication skills and respond to tenants and vendors in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
