As the Property Manager (PM), you will manage a commercial real estate portfolio consisting of retail, office, industrial, and health care. Multi-tasking and flexibility are essential skills needed in this role. Preparing financial reports, managing TI and/or capital improvement projects, engaging with tenants and ensuring our clients receive outstanding customer service will be the keys to success.

Education and Experience

• Minimum of five (5) years of commercial real estate or property management experience is required
• Experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and other types of related financial reports is required
• Experience using a property management platform, such as Yardi, Kardin or MRI is required
• Current Michigan Real Estate License preferred
• CPM or RPA professional designation or candidacy preferred
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior level management, clients, tenants, vendors, peers and the public.
