A subsidiary of Genesis HealthCare, LTC ACO, is the first Medical Shared Savings Plan (MSSP). LTC ACO began in 2016 as the first Accountable Care Organization (ACO) focused specifically on the special needs of Medicare Beneficiaries residing in skilled nursing facilities. The Quality and Clinical Performance Analyst collaborates with the Quality, Data Integration, Medical Economics and Performance Enhancement Management (PEM) Teams to aggregate, analyze and present clinical and quality measurement data internally to the LTC ACO Team and to external clients.

The role is responsible for aggregating complex data sets from multiple EHRs and provider groups to identify areas of opportunity and track progress to goal. The ability to develop dashboards and impact analyses to track initiatives are part of the job responsibilities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required. *Experience in healthcare and managed care is preferred. *Experience extracting quality data from EHR systems for reporting purposes is required. *SQL experience is preferred. *Excellent analytical, verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills are required. *Must have intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Power Point and Excel. *Must possess 3-5 years of industry experience in analytics. *Must be organized, able to work independently, self-motivated and able to prioritize duties. *Expertise in MSSP quality measurement and reporting is preferred. *Must be able to communicate effectively in a team environment, interacting with many levels within the team to provide data-driven insights.
