Receiving/Inventory Specialist Job at Transglobal, Inc
Transglobal Door in Upper Sandusky, Ohio is currently looking for a Part Time Receiving/Inventory Specialist.
General Summary - Position will be responsible for accurate receiving of shipments into the warehouse/facility, confirming invoices match quantities and pricing prior to payment, updating and maintaining the supplier database, cycle counting and making inventory adjustments into MRP system.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Brief Description
1. Receiving shipments into inventory daily
2. Great Plains Supplier Base Management/Maintenance
3. Invoice verifications daily
4. Cycle counting and inventory adjustments in Great Plains daily
5. Other duties as assigned
Required Education and/or Experience
1. High School Diploma - required
Required Skills & Abilities
1. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
2. Proficient in Microsoft Word
3. Accurate cycle counting of parts/inventory
Working Conditions
1. Primary work location will be based out of Upper Sandusky, Ohio
2. This work is performed in an office environment, but will require working in production, laboratory, and warehouse facilities.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
