Sandstone Aviation, a FBO (Fixed Base Operations) is looking for an Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant. We are looking for an individual that has experience handling a wide range of Administrative support related tasks. Someone with strong skills in communication, scheduling, and problem solving. A knowledge of or a background in aviation would be helpful but not required. We are a new company looking for an energetic person who is willing to grow with the position.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting clients (offer water, coffee, ect)
  • Answer, screen, and direct all incoming phone calls
  • Accurately relay messages
  • Scanning, copying, and filing documents
  • Taking payments from clients
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Reviewing employee and client forms for completeness and accuracy
  • Daily data entry in various programs and reports
  • Maintaining inventory levels of all office/operational supplies
  • Update office calendars

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Requirements

  • Proven customer service experience or concierge experience

Job Types: Part-time (Friday, Saturday and/or Sundays) Weekend Onlys

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience
