MidCity/Koreatown personal injury law firm seeks bilingual legal assistant for a front office position. This is a strictly in-office position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bilingual - Spanish
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a legal assistant or other support role at a law firm (a personal injury firm would be great!), or a medical office, or as an insurance adjuster
  • Older candidates returning to the work office are welcome to apply!

DUTIES:

  • Reception duties
  • Take intake calls from potential new clients – we can train you
  • Assist with banking; depositing and printing checks
  • General clerical duties: assist with sorting and distributing mail, scanning and digital filing
  • Provide in-office assistance for employees who work remotely
  • Saving and organizing documents in SharedDocs.
  • Assisting in the ordering of medical records and bills
  • Ordering supplies
  • Learn the skills of an assistant case manager – if you’d like to eventually transition into that role
  • Team event planning

Our office is paperless and we use PC computers.

HOURS: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
