Receptionist
Saint Edward, NE
Job Function:
This position will be responsible for assisting inbound customer phone calls and ensuring our customers have a positive experience. In addition, the Receptionist will direct calls to the correct department or personnel.
Essential Functions:
- Answers all incoming phone calls
- Provides exceptional customer service to our customers ensuring they are routed to the appropriate BigIron team to best assist them.
- Screens, handles, or refers routine calls as necessary
- Determine and collect information necessary to process calls
- Possess a customer-centric attitude to ensure a positive experience for caller
- Well-developed interpersonal skills to communicate in a professional and courteous manner with customers, co-workers, and management
- Proactively address customer concerns with confidence and compassion
- Provide a positive experience to the customers while representing BigIron and the company
- Routes other form of communication to BigIron teams
- Performs additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; or Two (2) years of related experience and education preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and other applications used by the Company.
- Ability to learn new software
- Experience with high-volume inbound calls preferred
