The House of the Good Shepherd is a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) who provides an array of senior living options on one campus should care needs change in the future. We currently have an immediate opening for a Part Time Receptionist. We seek individuals who enjoy working with the elderly, who is caring and compassionate, is flexible, takes initiative, and enjoys being a part of a caring, supportive team.
An immediate opening exists for a Per Diem Receptionist - Shifts may vary, must be flexible weekdays, (morning, evenings), weekends and holidays.
Duties include:
- Welcome visitors/patients by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
- Maintain security by following procedures, checking in visitors, etc
- Distribute office and resident mail when needed
Qualified candidates for this position must have proper telephone etiquette, a friendly & helpful demeanor, and basic computer skills.
