Receptionist/Secretary Job at DONIA LLC
Work Schedule: M-F 9AM-5PM
Target Duration/End Date: February 2024
Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Open, review, sort and distribute mail in accordance with staff assignments
· Answer the main phone line
· Manage assignments
· Maintain files (paper and electronic) of correspondence/documents and perform research as required
· Point of contact for office equipment repairs and replacements
· Serve as the Receptionist and provide operational support to the Director and Assistant Director with scheduling meetings, organization, and filing
Education:
High School Diploma, Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. And at least two years of relevant experience
Skills and Experience Requirements:
· Basic math and data entry skills required
· Excellent writing and communication abilities are preferred
· Should be a self-starter, outgoing and team-oriented
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are a must
· Ability to work effectively and professionally with higher level management staff is essential
· Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
· Reliability, and time and attendance is critical
