WEEKEND POSITION
Receptionist Overview: The Receptionist will provide general assistance and oversight to ensure high resident satisfaction and care; answer telephones; greet guests; respond to residents' requests and assist in coordination of services to residents; assist in providing services to residents, families and guests. Assist in creating a warm and welcoming environment.

- Welcome all new residents and assist them in acclimating to the facility.
- Assist staff in providing and coordinating services to residents, families and guests.
- Assist residents and staff in solving problems if asked, include encouragement to participate in all that the facility offers.
- Create and maintain an environment for residents, families and guests that is customer-friendly and that values and respects the uniqueness of each individual.
- Prepare correspondence and other forms/documents needed for daily operations and marketing.
- Work closely with Resident Welcoming Committee
- Oversight of the Reception area for organization and compliance.
- Assist with coverage of other departments as needed.
- Conduct tours in the absence of the Administrator.
- Sort and distribute mail to individuals’ mailboxes if needed.
- Meet with residents to ensure high level of satisfaction and bring any issues or concerns to the Administrator.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by Management Team.
- Adhere to and carry out all policies and procedures.
Receptionist Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of or willingness and ability to learn computer programs used in this facility
- Proficiency in keyboard and data entry skills and ability to use ten-key calculator (preferably by touch)
- Vaccinated for COVID-19
