You will need strong interpersonal skills to make our job candidates feel welcome and important from the moment you first make contact with them. Opportunities Will Include
- Screening and hiring the most skilled and reliable caregivers, CNAs, LPNs, and RNs for our clients.
- Assisting with hiring of administrative staff best suited for our company’s growth and vision.
- Supervising a candidate through the hiring process including conducting interviews, running backgrounds checks, and coordinating orientation classes.
- Organizing in-services, CPR and FA classes, and other trainings to maintain and grow our field staff’s knowledge and skill.
- Recognizing that our field staff is our foundation and acting as a liaison between them and management to advocate for the most positive work environment.
- Creating and maintaining effective ads that best reflect the opportunities our company can offer employees.
- Engaging effectively with interested jobseekers through multiple social media platforms.
- Other challenging and necessary duties as assigned.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) REQUIRED
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field PREFERRED
- 1 year experience recruiting PREFERRED
- Must have extensive knowledge in Word, Excel, Office 365
