This Sr. Recruiter will be responisble for Director level and above positions which will require 3-6 years of executive level recruiting. The candidate will have experience interacting with Executives and Board Members. If you have IT recruiting experience, even better!

The Sr. Recruiter has overall responsibility for sourcing, interviewing and hiring of applicants for both exempt and nonexempt staff, inclusive of executive level, clerical, technical, and non technical professional positions at all of Cenlar’s locations. The Sr. Recruiter must have considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all specialized functions in the Company, extensive understanding of the Company's organizational structure, as well as a working knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of executive level applicants
  • Develops and builds relationships with hiring managers, executives, board members and supervisors
  • Utilizes job boards and recommend recruitment sources to attract top quality candidates
  • Establishes methods to build a talent pool of candidates for future recruitment needs
  • Attends community, company sponsored, and college job fairs to generate a broad pool of diverse candidates
  • Creates quarterly analysis of recruiting statistics and turnover costs to deliver strategic recommendations to Senior Management
  • Ensures EEO compliance in the hiring process.
  • Assists with weekly job posting process as it relates to the open requisition reporting
  • Provides recommendations to improve recruiting processes and employee retention
  • Acts as liaison with employment agencies and coordinate temporary/short-term employee placement needs
  • Works with Cenlar's marketing department to create and submit advertising campaigns, including employee referral promotional programs
  • May lead and direct work of others

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • 3 years recruiting sensitive senior leadership positions and executive compensation
  • Technical recruiting experience across several IT skill sets (cybersecurity, QA./automation, infrastructure)
  • Strong stakeholder expectation management skills preferred
  • Impeccable organizational skills
  • Peerless communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to focus and remain professional in an environment where interruptions are normal
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Ability to maintain, record, and document the flow of candidates through the recruitment process
  • Experience with ATS required
  • Prior experience with executive compensation (sign-on, bonus, etc.) strongly preferred
