Job summary:
We are looking for a dynamic personality to enhance the process of attracting qualified drivers for our growing fleet. As a recruiter, you will leverage your talents, and couple them with the endless tools PTI provides to encourage professional drivers to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Job duties:

• Screen incoming driver candidate applications.
• Process inbound/outbound calls daily as to secure applications
• Conduct phone interviews with applicants to qualify the applicant.
• Conduct background investigations to properly verify the qualifications of the applicant.
• Follow up with applicants to advise them of the progress of their application
• Scheduling approved applicants to attend New Hire Orientation.
• Documenting all recruiting activity and status of application in Tenstreet (ATS)
• Provide feedback weekly on lead numbers and quality of applicants
• contribute to PTI's Social Meda footprint

Required skills:

Logistics experience is helpful, but if you can communicate effectively, we will train the right person . Must be proficient with all Social Media platforms.
