Your Schedule: 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday

Your Pay: ($18-$21/hour + performance bonus)

Your Responsibilities:

• Reflect the core values of MML Senior Care Inc (d.b.a. an independently owned and operated Home Instead franchise)
• Proactively identify sources for hiring care professionals and pursue them actively
• Schedule and conduct applicant interviews in an efficient and professional manner
• Work with other team members to implement care professional engagement strategies to ensure their retention and satisfaction
• Assist with conducting reference checks, criminal background and motor vehicle check and drug screens on all care professionals
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are implemented and communicated to all employees
• Conduct regular performance conversations, accountabilities, and problem resolution (in person or via phone call)
• Evaluate and update all hiring, onboarding, and training material
• Utilize software to manage recruitment and onboarding
• Answer each employment inquiry in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner
• Develop and implement new recruitment strategies online and within the community
• Work with the rest of the team to create and maintain all employment records including but not limited to I-9 form, W-4, CORI, and all other employment related documents
• Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities
• Demonstrate open and effective communication with the franchise owner, colleagues, caregivers, clients and family members
