Regional Executive Directors are eligible for PTO, 401K, PROFIT SHARING, MEDICAL/DENTAL/VISION, SHORT TERM DISABILITY, performance-based BONUSES, and other company incentives.

Salary: $75,000-$100,000 depending on experience.

Regional Executive Director (RED) Job Roles/Responsibilities:

• Oversee the region’s services to ensure production efficiency, compliance, quality service, and cost-effective management of resources.

• Plan, develop, and implement strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the region.

• Review reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.

• Evaluate the performance of the Regional Team for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company and contributions in attaining objectives.

• Ensure that company services comply with all applicable laws and regulations and implement corrective action as necessary.

• Has an obligation to attract, recruit, and develop talent that can be added to the senior leadership of the organization.

• Maintain awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, new customers, new markets and new industry developments.

• Set and execute short term initiatives with the team to move towards operational excellence.

• Evaluation of satisfaction of persons served and/or legal representatives and the case managers, with the service delivery and progress towards accomplishing outcomes.

  
  

Regional Executive Director (RED) Required Skills and Experience:

• 245d experience highly preferred

• One of the following:

  • A bachelor's degree in a field related to human services, and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older; OR

  • An associate degree in a field related to human services, and two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older OR

  • A diploma in a field related to human services from an accredited postsecondary institution and three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older, OR
  • A minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities; OR

  • Four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications identified in clauses (1) to (3) OR

  • A minimum of three years of supervisory level experience in a program providing direct support services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older
