Regional Maintenance Specialist
Assisted living experience is preferred
The Regional Maintenance Specialist will be assisting with oversight of large projects at the Hawaii Kai community. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, performing, and directing the general operating maintenance, repair, and housekeeping of the physical plant, the interior, and exterior of the Community to maintain proper operations of the property.

Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Prefer two (2) years experience in the building industry, maintenance and/or housekeeping handling the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of electrical, plumbing and structural matters. Knowledge of building construction is helpful.
- Prefer one (1) year experience supervising and managing employees
- Able to safely operate a wide variety of equipment and tools
- Able to be flexible, adapt and respond to change, make decisions in stressful situations and prioritize tasks and projects.
