Responsibilities:
Car Toys Auto Salon Window Tint Services are core to the Company’s value proposition. The Regional Tint Program Manager (RTPM) is responsible for the consistent execution of Car Toys Window Tint Standards throughout the Region as they impact all areas of operations and installation standards along with the responsibility of the program’s metric performances to budget. In addition, the RTPM is responsible for assisting with establishing a strategy for the development of new Window Tint Technicians in conjunction with the National Install Manager and Learning and Development along with the delivery and pull-through of all Window Tint training within the Region.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Oversee and Ensure Car Toys Window Tint Standards are met at all Regional locations. Quality and uniformity of Car Toys installation promise is paramount.
2. Oversee Window Tint labor pricing and ensure labor pricing is standardized properly at all locations.
3. Assist with development and implementation of Window Tint certification policies and practices at all locations.
4. Work with the National Installation Manager to integrate promoting Car Toys installation & Auto Salon Window Tint work both in store and online.
5. Oversee that all Window Tint parts and products standards; products selection and standardized usage is consistent in all locations.
6. Identify, network and drive best practices sharing pertaining to Window Tint practices.
7. Participate in partnership with other RTPMs, L&D and the National Install Manager on the development and implementation of Car Toys Auto Salon Window Tint training efforts.
8. Lead Car Toys Auto Salon Window Tint development program within Region. Assist in Establishing a Car Toys program for the development of new Auto Salon Window Tint technicians leveraging vocational school partnerships, vendor partnerships and an in-house development school.
9. Assist in identification and recruiting of new Auto Salon Window Tint talent.
10. Assist in research and development of new Auto Salon Window Tint techniques and practices consistent with market leadership.
11. Presentation Standards Coaching: Partner with the Regional Sales Manager and work the strategy to ensure all store locations are fully executing the Car Toys Car Auto Salon Window Tint Presentation Standards.
12. Vendor Training Partnerships: Work with vendors to learn newest product innovations, focused on Window Tint requirements and how to educate and train the Regional Car Toys teams and managers on the regularly changing requirements.
13. Special Project Assistance – New Business Development: Assist as needed on various new product categories and developing business opportunities. Will represent the Auto Salon Window Tint needs and assist with pull through.
14. Must lead by example and participate in window tinting duties as needed.

Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of Window Tinting Installation experience.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and with little direction.
  • Clear and effective oral presentation of ideas/recommendations and effective written communication.
  • Must be physically able to perform the job, lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Work is largely performed in a store, training room, or installation bay.
