Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care
Springville, NY

Full Time. Nights. 7:00pm – 7:00am. Weekend and Holiday rotations are required.
As a key member of our Long Term Care and Rehab team you’ll:
- Assist the Health Care Team with developing, implementing and evaluating the Resident Plan of Care through the use of the Patient Assessment Instrument, (MDS+) Resident Assessment Protocol Summary.
- Records, reports and interprets resident's responses &collaborates with Health Care Team as needed.
- Develops, implements and evaluates the Nursing plan of care section of the resident's plan of care through the use of Patient Assessment Instrument, (MDS+) Resident Assessment Protocol Summary.
- Guides, supports and monitors allied nursing personnel in care given to residents.
- Assigns Allied Health nursing personnel to team and group assignments.
RN Requires:
- AAS Nursing
- SN preferred
- ctive valid NYS RN License.

Compensation is based on experience. Starting at $35.24/hr. Shift Differentials apply. $5,000 sign on bonus.
