Remote Event Specialist Job at Supreme Sunsets
We are searching for an outgoing, professional candidate to join our growing team! This will be remote position. You'll be handling all booking needs and requirements for leisure and business clients. Applicants should maintain a high level of professionalism and decorum. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be a team player, willing to help out when needed
- Plan spectacular trips for corporate and leisure clients
- Handling booking airfare, car rental, cruises, hotels, ticket and/or event sales
- Handle presenting proposals of researched information to clients
- Review and respond to all emails and phone calls within a timely manner
- Obtain certification to book travel within three days upon starting
- Participate in group meetings/trainings/team support chat
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be a self-starter and highly motivated
- Attend ongoing trainings
- Effectively manage time wisely
- Must have reliable internet with access to a smartphone (laptop preferred, but not required)
- Must legally authorized to work in the United States and 18 years old
- Must be fluent in speaking English
- Must work well in a team setting as well as work independently
- 1099 commission based remote position
