Remote Legal Intake Specialist II
Established Law firm has an immediate opening for a Remote Legal Intake Specialist II. Ideal candidate will have an upbeat, positive, and helpful temperament. Opportunities for growth and development. Great place to gain legal knowledge and experience while working from home. Starting pay is $11.00/hr. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30a-5:00p.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls.
- Opening and updating legal intakes in computer system.
- Send messages to appropriate staff and attorneys.
- Adhere to firm standards of courtesy and professionalism.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Experience in a service environment preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening skills.
- Pride in getting work done accurately and in a timely manner.
- Must be dependable with regular attendance.
- Typing minimum requirement: 35 wpm.
- Must have the ability to connect via sound and camera for any remote periods of work.
- Must live in Tarrant County, Texas or contiguous counties.
Remote Requirements:
- Must have high-speed internet connection.
- Must have dedicated workspace free from background noise, distractions, and interruptions.
