Bachelors degree in business administration or health care field required. 6 years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyze reports and systems. Experience with Microsoft Business Objects preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Ability to work within a team and independently. Ability to make independent decisions.
Responsibilities:
Completes complex financial models of provider contract changes
Develops and maintains monthly reports of changes in Presbyterians network, including geographic and specialty-specific cost trends and changes to providers comprising the network
Assists with regulatory reporting and response development
Uses a high degree of independent judgment to deliver ad-hoc reports as requested
Interfaces with Presbyterians Analytics Organization to serve as a subject matter expert relating to development of provider network analytics tools
Supports value-based contracting efforts such as episodic payments and shared savings analyses
Monitors the financial performance of provider contract changes relative to forecasts
