Complete and balance Cash and Related Reconciliations according to established guidelines and forward to facility accounting daily

Research and resolve reconciliation variances according to established guidelines (Service Level Agreement set by client/facility)

Contact (verbal/written) bank for needed information to resolve variances, possibly also contacting insurance companies for remittance advice back up.

Open tickets with business partners as deemed necessary using established Identification function/process for timely resolution. Communicate with the client for needed information to resolution of variances

Ability to identify and resolve facility reconciliation discrepancies as escalated by facility accountants. Review reconciliation discrepancies in all cash and credit cards

Ability to navigate through Payer websites

Research credit/debit adjustments, credit/debit deposit corrections , rejected variances like non-sufficient funds
