Summary/Job Statement:

As a Repair Technician, you will represent Warners' Stellian out in the field at customer’s homes in a professional manner to repair appliances; while maintaining a company vehicle and proper documentation of all service calls.

Pay up to $65,000.00 plus bi-weekly incentives.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Repair appliances at customers residence
• Keep company vehicle stocked and clean
• Maintain communication with supervisor and CSD staff
• Have proper documentation of all work orders
• Ability to communicate and collect money from customers professionally
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Ability to communicate professionally with vendors when calling vendor tech lines
• Maintain and be responsible for all tools
• Training and work tools will be provided

What You'll Bring:

• Professionalism on phone and in person with customers
• Able to operate a vehicle
• Able to communicate professionally
• Understanding of product and parts
• Understanding of WS policies and procedures for communicating with customers and vendors

You'll Need:

Education and/or Experience:

• Appliance Repair Certification
• 2 years experience in technical role is desired but not required

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:

• Drivers License
