Residential Direct Support Professional - Paid Training!

Residential Direct Support Professionals have the privilege of providing person-centered services to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities served by Arc of Onondaga. This position is responsible for providing hands-on assistance, instruction and guidance, while working with the individuals in their daily lives, living their lives with them. Job Requirements:
- Have a strong desire to create a positive, long-term impact on the lives of the people they support
- Provide encouragement, mentoring and coaching to achieve their goals and attain independence and integration in our community
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid NYS driver's license (not required) and a passion for making a difference in the lives of others
Full Time, Part Time and Relief positions available for Day, Evening and Overnight shifts in Onondaga County.
