The Residential Treatment Coordinator develops and monitors individual residential patient treatment programs assuring compliance with State and Federal regulations. Conducts on-site residential staffings, training, and programming as required. Performs toilet and chair transfers without assistance for patients up to 150 pounds utilizing approved transfer techniques. Trains direct care staff and reviews programs at the residential location.

Duties and Requirements:

  • Develops and monitors individual residential patient treatment programs, consulting with residential and clinical staff.
  • Performs reporting procedures
  • Reviews, distributes, monitors, and trains staff on treatment and behavior programs
  • Conducts on-site residential staffings, training and programming as required. Makes rounds of patient apartments/homes, trains Direct Care Staff, and reviews documentation at the residential location.

Successful candidates will have the following experience and education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent rehabilitation experience require.
  • Working knowledge of rehabilitative care is required
  • Previous experience in direct patient care is highly preferred
  • COVID vaccination with booster (if eligible) required
