Harbor and Hops is a local family-owned high-end gastropub with generous check averages that help our team earn generous gratuities! Tips are paid out nightly! Open since 2018 we have a devout local following and are growing by leaps and bounds every week.

Are you an experienced server or bartender, looking for a fun, fast-casual restaurant to work in? Join us at Harbor and Hops! We offer flexibility, with regularly scheduled days off, and discounted meals during breaks. Uniform shirts are provided and we can love your tattoos, piercings, and hair as long they love us back.

100 Draft beers create a lot of excitement! Don’t know the difference between Lager and a Logger? No worries we offer plenty of in-house training if you are ready to learn beer-speak and be on your way to be a certified beer nerd.

Can you charm the grumpiest…carry hot soup in a hurricane…had perfect attendance in school…play nice in the sandbox? We want you! We are looking for folks that know how to take their work seriously but don't take themselves too seriously.

We have friendly hours to fit your schedule as we are open from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm during the week and close at 10:00 pm on weekends. Sundays we close by 8:00 pm.

Our Harbor and Hops restaurant servers start at $3.00 per hour and bartenders at $5.00 per hour. Take your tips home daily.

Indiana State Law dictates to serve alcohol you need to be at least 19 years old and hold a restricted employee permit.

What will you be doing?

• Meet, greet, and serve customers with a big smile.
• Coach customers on food and beverage choices
• Learn about and taste craft beer, pick beer flights.
• Do your fair share of side work.
• Process customer payments
• Use tablets with a point-of-sale system to place orders to bar and kitchen.
• Run food and bus tables (full hands in and full hands out)
• Check IDs!
• Upsell specials and drinks to put more money in your pockets.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $3.00 - $5.00 per hour

All customers are required masks to enter the building and when moving around. We are currently limiting seating to parties of 6 and practicing social distancing.
