Shift: Full time & Part time available.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Retail Sales Associate/Cashier Job Responsibilities: Serves customers by assisting them select products.
- Process transactions for customers using touchscreen POS system.
- Increase sales through customer engagement, upselling, and sharing product knowledge
- Welcome customers into the store with a friendly greeting.
- Provide superior customer service and answer questions about the products.
- Process Point of Sale purchases
- Alert management of potential security issues
- Assist with counting inventory, receiving stock, and restocking shelves.
- Light cleaning.
- Set goals and work on sales pitches to obtain them.
- Provide feedback to customers about E-Liquids, Mods, and disposable Vapes.
- Conduct research on new information pertaining to the vape industry.
- Build customer relationships.
- Find fulfillment in exceeding customer expectations
**Work with your team to keep the store well-maintained in order to deliver the best experience for our customers, which means restocking, re-merchandising, organizing displays, and cleaning merchandise.**
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven work experience as a Cashier, Sales Associate, Cashier, or in a similar role.
- Must be punctual & reliable.
- Proficiency in English.
- Basic Math skills.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Being familiar to vape products is a plus.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
