Retail Store Manager Job at Optimum Wireless
Are you ready to start an amazing and fulfilling career in the wireless industry? Optimum Wireless is an AT&T and Cricket Authorized Retailer and one of the fastest growing companies in wireless retail. We're searching for a Retail Store Manager with high energy and a desire to succeed.
Duties Include:
1. Sales of AT&T products and services including wireless device sales, home internet and TV service, accessories, and other products and services.
2. Maintaining the cleanliness of the store.
3. Outside marketing of the location.
4. Staying up to date with required training. (Both in person and online)
5. Store operations including cash handling, device inventory, and upkeep.
6. Managing a sales team of 3 to 5 people.
This is an hourly + bonus job with no cap on commission earnings! We also offer device and service plan discounts and other incentives. A high performing manager can expect to earn an average of $2,000+ in bonuses per month in addition to their hourly compensation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
