We are looking for a Full-time RN for our Clinical Director position. Our Clinical Directors oversee the care of the tenants in our assisted living facilities. They work with the Housing Director on all assisted admissions and housing regulations. The Clinical Director and Housing Director would work together on the recruitment and scheduling of the Home Care Aide team. As a Clinical Director, you would ensure personal care and designated health-related services follow company standards. This is a salary position that would include a Monday through Friday schedule; with an on-call rotation. Wages shown are starting wages with no previous experience, experience and training will be taken into account for any job offers.

On an average day, you can expect to:

• Develop and implement client's plan of care
• Assist with nursing assessments and admissions
• Oversee the Education and Training of Home Care Aides
• Direct the day to day activities of the Home Care Aides
• Prepare medications as ordered by physician
• Participate in Doctor Rounds
• Assist with Wound Treatments
• Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physician, nursing team and family
• Engages in Team Meetings and Collaborations.
• Complete required record keeping upon tenants admission, discharge, transfer
• Chart and document per facility policy requirements

Job Requirements:

• MN RN License and in good standing on MN Board of Nursing
• Ability to pass a MN background check
• Must be CPR certified
• Maintain up to date knowledge of home care laws and regulations.
• Ability to analyze, review and judge different situations they face and take the right actions according to the situation
• Patience, compassion, and organizational skills are a must in our constantly evolving work environment
