CCHRC is seeking caring and compassionate full time Nurses who have a passion for the geriatric field.
- Shift 3:00am - 11:30am ( Monday - Friday ) occasional weekends
- Shift 3:00am - 11:30am ( Monday - Friday ) occasional weekends
- Health Insurance with BCBS with supplemental insurance

- $32.00 hour RN
- $24.00 hour LPN
- Shift Differential ($3.00 for all hours worked 7p-11p Mon-Fri / $4.00 for all hours worked 11p-7a Mon-Fri)
($3.50 for all hours worked 7p-11p Sat and Sun / $4.50 for all hours worked 11p-7a Sat and Sun)
As an RN Charge Nurse / LPN Charge Nurse , you will support the Registered Nurse and Physician in the provision of resident care.
Job duties will include (but not limited to) full resident care, wound care, Medication Administration (Med Cart), electronic documentation, collection of on-going resident response to care, admission and discharge planning, resident/family interaction, and floor supervision.
The LPN works in close collaboration with the RN or a licensed physician as well as the Care Plan Team to evaluate the resident’s plan of care and progress toward goal attainment.
