Registered Nurse (RN)
Shift: AM, PM
Position: Full-time
North Palms Rehabilitation & Wellness Centre, a 99 bed skilled nursing facility, is looking for a RN Supervisor to join our team. We have a full positions available on AM & PM.
The RN supervisor is primarily responsible for admitting new patients, communication with family and MD, and developing patient plan of care. Additionally overseeing the unit including supervising staff, monitoring patients and treatments, and administering medications as needed.
