Boca Raton Rehabilitation Center is hiring an RN Staff Development Coordinator to join our team!

The Staff Development Coordinator/ ADON/ Infection Control plans to organize and coordinates all aspects of the program within the facility. In addition, the Staff Development Coordinator plans and coordinates the training and development activities to ensure the staff is competent to deliver care and services for the residents in the facility. Our ideal candidate has solid experience as a clinical educator and enjoys working in a long-term care setting.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a valid Florida RN or Multistate License
• Ability to meet all health, compliance, and competency requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Experience using Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus
• Current BLS Certification is required
• 1-3 years of clinical teaching experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, required.
• Extensive knowledge of current standards of practice, rules, regulations and laws related to the long-term care industry
