As a nurse with WesleyLife at Home, you’ll receive the onboarding and training you’ll need to quickly become a successful part of the team. Our case manager caseloads are around 35 clients, and our visit nurses and home care aides help manage those caseloads. You’ll work a full day, but the number of clients you’ll see in a given day will depend on the amount of travel necessary. As an RN Visit Nurse for our Home Health team, you will:
- Travels to complete visits for each assignment
- Meet daily productivity expectations set by the Home Health Clinical Manager based on patient acuity
- Complete documentation within expected timelines
- Coordinate care and communicate with the Home Health team

Experience
Required- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, valid insurance, and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-hire background check, pre-employment health assessment, and drug screen
- 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience is preferred
