Rosebuds Helper (Full-Time/Part-Time) Job at Mt. Rose Development Company
Responsible for providing assistance to customers, kids and instructors in all aspects of the Kids Ski & Ride School operation.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize tasks.
- INTERNAL: Kids Ski & Ride School Instructors, All inside staff
- EXTERNAL: All guests of Mt Rose.
o Communicate effectively to staff regarding policies and procedures.
o Prepare children for lessons by helping put on their boots, gear, bibs, etc.
o Assist in class registration as needed
o Observe all applicable safety standards
o Assist in general operation of all Kids Ski & Ride School activity
o Coordinate and cooperate with other departments as necessary in the completion of the above essential duties.
o Provide information and answer questions about the resort to guests.
o Any other duties that may contribute to the cleanliness, orderliness and overall efficiency of the entire operation and all of the tasks contained therein.
o Set up/take down of lesson areas
o Operation of both Conveyor Belts
o Complete all required paperwork: Class cards, time sheets, incident reports etc.
o Attend any assigned training as needed
o Performs other related tasks as necessary
