Sales Account Executive

Our Sales Account Executives are the premier hunters in our organization. Soliciting potential customers, in the Association vertical niche, to uncover their pain points and demonstrating an aligned solution for both our business and the customer. A seasoned sales professional, you will be an active listener as you conduct demonstrations and prospect calls. You will also be active on social media, connecting and networking with professionals in our ideal client domain.

We are looking for a hungry self-starter that is motivated to help our customers and earn generous commissions. An experienced sales background will enable you to manage your contacts, utilize best practices and create a sense of urgency for your prospects. With up to 20% travel time, you will travel across the US & Canada to attend conferences and trade shows to engage with prospects face-to-face. Our team will expect you to provide any feedback on market and competitor learnings, ensuring that we remain the premier association management software.

After one year, you’ll know you were successful if:
  • You are meeting and exceeding your daily/weekly/monthly quota of sales activity, successfully moving generated leads from demo to proposal and post-proposal stages.
  • You fully understand our software and CRM
  • You have a large network of prospects and clients that you understand their business and their needs

Location
GrowthZone is headquartered in Nisswa, Minnesota – a town located within the beautiful Brainerd Lakes Area and noted for its scenic beauty, resorts, golf courses, and lakes. This position may be located remotely. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
