FIELD BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
Shifterr is an early stage startup focused on connecting hospitality employers to local talent looking to fill shifts.
We are looking for a part-time Field Business Development Associate (B2B) to connect with restaurant/venue owners and managers. We are looking for an individual with connections to the NYC hospitality industry.
*Please note: This specific role will be targeting hospitality venues in the 34th Street - Penn Station area in Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
- Promoting company products and building client relationships by stopping by assigned venues with marketing materials
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Cultivating strong relationships with clients
- Maintaining client information in the CRM database
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients
At least one year of experience working in restaurants (in any role) and one year of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
Pay $18-$20 per hour, 5-10 hours per week.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
