POSITION DESCRIPTION:
In this role you will be reporting to the VP of Accessibility Sales and will be responsible for producing revenue through the sale of accessibility products and services to new customers.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: (Successful candidate must possess all of the following)
Self-starter
- Own full sales cycle with every client and partner end to end and demonstrate success as soon as possible
- Accountable for driving over $1M of ARR per year across a minimum of 20 new and existing clients
- Identify, contact, and close leads and identify growth opportunities
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified leads and convert leads from existing accounts, trade shows and virtual events to sales
- Create sales plans and maintain accurate opportunities, next steps and documents in Salesforce, provide relevant feedback from discussions with prospects to management
- Collaborate with field sales teams and Product Management and share field knowledge to support the development of client content e.g.: email campaigns, white papers, presentation decks and other marketing collateral
- Drive new business in current and new markets and partner with Senior Leadership when needed
- Work in alignment with supporting departments to ensure sale is successful
Well-rounded business professional
- Have existing relationships with potential new business and can quickly develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure an abundance of opportunities that meet your revenue goals.
- Sound knowledge of how digital document assets are created and managed
- Thorough communication in your presentations, in person, via Zoom and Teams, phone, over email and on demos. Succinctly presenting sophisticated services and products to clients and senior level leaders
- Familiar with a variety of industries and a quick learner
- Specific familiarity with enterprise content management (ECM), customer communication management (CCM) platforms
- Strong technical acumen to allow effective articulation of Crawford Technologies offerings
Client Interaction
- Approach potential sales from a consultative sales approach and demonstrate how the Crawford Technologies’ AccessibilityNowTM offering can be added on to existing content delivery processes to reduce risk and improve customer experience
- Nurture clients through the full Crawford Technologies sales process
- Deliver clear and impactful presentations and demonstrations of AccessibilityNowTM solutions
- Strong understanding of current market positioning and trends in digital accessibility to enable intelligent conversations with prospective clients
- Confident in approaching new markets from a sales perspective
Critical Thinking

- Remove sales cycle roadblocks by capturing mindshare of decision makers
- Refine and transfer winning formulas to other Crawford Technologies field sales teams
You Bring to The Table
- Minimum of 1-3 years of demonstrated high volume transactional output sales - preferably to enterprise clients, with a working knowledge of digital accessibility
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. Experience may be substituted for a degree experience in related field are preferred.
